Group Training For Kids.
Beginner to moderate fitness level. Structured interval training for children aged 7 - 15. Focusing on metabolic fitness (to put them to sleep at night), strength training (to make their bones and muscles stronger) and games (for healthy competition). Exercises will be comprised of free weights and body weight. Technique comes first! Training while young has major positive health benefits. Studies show that up to 90% of kids who are fit and active at a young age, continue through adulthood. |
